I’ve been visiting Crown Medical Figtree for a while now, and every experience has been smooth, friendly, and genuinely positive. The reception team is absolutely wonderful, always welcoming, cheerful, and ready to help out with anything you need. They really set the tone for a comfortable visit from the moment you walk in. I have a hell of a lot to say about this place and to put it lightly ITS very unpleasant. From the so called Medical receptionists to the so called medical staff. It is appalling and shocking and everyone owe to know what happens here at this Practice so you’re aware of the injustices that have taken place. I have severe ptsd and it was exacerbated by a couple of doctors and the receptionist who is bazaar enough a *bigot*considering that’s she’s Ethnic *and selective who gets an appointment to see a DR no matter the urgency.... read more
Very professional doctors and specialists (shout out to Ajayta)! And the receptionists have really upped their game! Unfortunately, wait times can be excruciatingly long sometimes when it is really busy.
