Arrived on time and the reception then forgot to check me in and then 45 minutes later we went in to see the doctor and never received an apology from either the doctor or reception afterwards.
Pathologist Fiona was excellent. She has gotten my bloods a few times and consistently professional, kind and great at her job. Being pregnant, I have had to have many tests with various pathologists at different sites and she is by far the best.
Improved somewhat with their people skills at the reception desk. Wait times can be quite lengthy but that's just about the same as everywhere nowadays.
