I'm extremely disappointed with my experience today at 4:45 pm. Despite being a regular customer of Dr. Harnish Kalsi, the receptionist, Lisa, and other staff members were unprofessional and lacked empathy. They informed me that the doctor was unavailable, but I saw the doctor inside. This blatant dishonesty is unacceptable, and I would advise others not to trust them with their health they all are lier

My doctor is thorough but appointments are generally at least a 30 minute wait after the booking time. Can understand when appointments run over however it gets frustrating when administration staff aren't able to communicate properly with wait times. I always call 10 minutes in advance to check how the timing is going to get told everything is running on time, only to come in and still wait for the numerous people ahead of me to go through.
