We had a patio issue where the concrete cracked from the house to the yard. I contacted the builder/owner and he sent the concrete contractor to try to fix the issue, however the fix did not turn out looking very good. I again contacted him after this and sent pictures and he agreed it did not look good. This builder is hires the most unprofessional and inconsiderate contractors I have ever seen. I live in a new build area and dealing with these contractors has been absolutely ridiculous. They have torn up not only my yard but my adjacent neighbor. Even when we had posts in our yard to prevent them from driving in it. They broke multiple posts. We both have spent thousands getting our acreage to grow and fill in ruts, only for their crew to demolish our work. Their contractors have literally taken naps on my adjacent neighbo... read more
After weeks of multiple calls and texts trying anything and everything to reach and even begin a discussion with Scott Lahrman President of CrownLine Homes about questions and concerns we had about many unfinished things on our house that he built. I finally took off work to try to contact again today and finally got him to pick up a call. As soon as I started trying to discuss the first issue and before being able to finish the sentence, he said he couldn’t figure it out, nothing could be done, and eventually hung up on me.... read more
