Worst person and builder that we have ever had to dealt with. Very difficult to deal with, actually stood outside our home during the build and berated us. Currently won't back up his own warranty. The foundation is leaking on a home that is less than year old and his response is that it's condensation and that is why the baseboards in a basement bedroom has swollen and turned black in ONE spot in the basement.
