Terrible Customer Service. My forklift brakes are not working and I waited 1 week to obtain a time when my forklift would be attended to with no response even after numerous phone calls by me but no one could say when a technician could attend. Obviously Machine safety and customer safety is of no concern to this organisation. Will never purchase a forklift from Crown again.
