Purchased a forklift for my business less than 6 months ago, it arrived with a faulty seatbelt. During the first service, I brought it to the attention of the service person that it was faulty and it needed replacing. The service person replaced the belt and said because it was faulty when delivered it would be covered under warranty. They have now invoiced for $1200 for a replacement. Shocking aftercare, I would avoid like the plague. My other business uses SI Forklifts and the service and aftercare puts these guys to shame! You only need to look at this business' reviews to see what they like!
Not sure why you'd put Neil as a service manager, you might as well get a piece of cardboard and cut out a human shape and sit it in his chair. Utterly useless.
