Im trying to find the head honcho of Crown in Sydney as I’m sure he’d like to know how Crown Adelaide is presenting locally. Unexpectedly it’s really really bad. Absolutely shocking customer service. From day one until now it is almost impossible to get in touch with anyone at Crown. The company I work for purchased a repurposed forklift and our so called "customer service rep" barely responded to emails or phone calls throughout the purchasing period. It was a mission to have it delivered at all and when it finally got here, it broke down only a few weeks later.
