I believe this is the 1st bad review I posted. Everyone I dealt with was professional and understood my dispute of an obvious double charge of parts and service. Unfortunately they didn't have the authority to rectify the charges on subsequent months once for Crown 2nd time for Ryder. I have the crown invoice with the same address as the Ryder receipt. I went to them because of the good reviews I seen here...
