Ordered in-house service for a simple switch problem on the forklift ( an hour later fixed it myself) Got billed for an hour travel time by the tech while we are less then 7 min away, and after 1.5 of looking at the forklift couldn't even diagnose the problem. Lesson learned- waist of time & $$$ !
