Easy place to load and unload. My favorite!!
We've purchased 3 walk behind pallet jacks and a RR5000 stand on forklift from this place. They have been out to service the forklift for the same issue multiple times and it still does not work. They charged us to fix the rigged up wiring that their technicians did. They have been out at least 4 times and the issue is still not resolved. One of pallet jacks also went out and they allegedly fixed that because they sure charged us for it and it just sits in the warehouse now still not working. Unbelievably horrible customer service!! Waited for over 3 hours. The sales team.l, mainly Luke Dieckhaus kept raising the prices and lying about their product. Completely unprofessional.
Never bought a thing but when we lost our dogs they took care of them, gave them water and called us and I’m pretty sure they would have ran further if they didn’t help us catch them.
