Staff drive like clown.
We recently bought a walkie and 2 lift trucks from crown and we have all our preventive maintenance done by them. Lucas Meschino was very attentive during the several meetings we had in our boardroom before we decided on what would fit our company needs the best and he was with us every step of the way and provided us with exactly what we needed. It’s funny, the review right above me talked about how the staff are horrible and dangerous drivers. I just had a similar experience where someone in your truck cut across 3 lanes with no signal forcing cars to slam on the breaks. Maybe add some driving background in the hiring process and your company wouldn’t be rated 2.8 stars.
