Called for service on our electric pallet jack, technician came out said it was a battery. It's been a week and I have not heard back from them. I called twice and no call back. Terrible sevice.

Called in, ordered part, was in and out relatively quickly. Needed help locating a part and they brought out diagrams to confirm what I needed.

I wish I could give 0 star. My co-workers and I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Crown Forklift. The communication was not good, and representatives never responding emails and providing inaccurate invoices. We also found their customer support unhelpful—they either couldn’t provide solutions or took an unreasonably long time. I wouldn’t recommend their services if you value professional service.

I was there yesterday and purchased a few things. It’s a C.OD account so payment card needed. The parts person takes my card and disappears to God knows where. Then returns to public view. Transaction complete . Later that night I get a fraud alert from a transaction from chipotle for $70 I use Apple Pay for everything the one time I give my physical card this happens a lil sus to me. Crown isn’t paying well these days or what? Please check to see if it’s happened before …
