I had such a wonderful experience at Crown Jewelz today! I came in to get batteries replaced in two separate watches, and the owner was incredibly kind, fair, and welcoming. He made me feel completely comfortable right away, and I truly appreciated the genuine customer service. While I was there, I ended up purchasing two beautiful rings—such great quality and selection! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend Crown Jewelry for all your jewelry needs, repairs, and more.
As soon as we walked in we were greeted with friendliness and efficiency. I thought I would've gotten more money for the pieces I brought in because I know how much I spent to buy them. However I understand that most likely I was overcharged for those pieces. Other than that I do recommend this business. Rome was helpful and pleasant and I appreciated the help and getting some money for the jewelry I brought in.
