Brought a diamond & setting here to have them set it. Rather than telling me the setting doesn’t work for the diamond I purchased, they used SUPERGLUE to artificially secure the diamond to the setting. Can no longer return the $3,000 setting because of this. What jeweler uses superglue without telling the customer? EDIT: The owners responded claiming they have no record of doing business with me, so here’s a screenshot from my bank statement. Go elsewhere. Superglue is just embarrassing.

Went this morning to buy a piece of jewellery for my wife on Valentine's day. The offensive pro tRumpian regalia in the window made me turn and leave. I guess that the cult doesn't want my ,a democrats business.

I went in for a ring cleaning and appraisal. My ring is now spotless and shining brighter than ever. Prices are so much better here than at the jewelry stores in the mall. Staff is friendly and helpful.
