I brought my wedding band, plus two additional rings in to be resized to be larger. Within two weeks two jewels fell out of my wedding band, after 12 years of that never happening. I brought back my band and asked them to fix it at which point I was told it can’t be fixed and they won’t replace the jewels because there is no guarantee they won’t fall out again.
