I spoke on the phone with Andy he's a very respectable businessman I love talking with him he inspired me and let me know what it is good people still out here in the world and in the jury business I advise everyone to shop with crown Jewelers this is coming from a Florida boy
Over charged for a ring. Plus charged my credit card without giving me a receipt and instead of $1,800. He charged me over 3,000. He is operating a scam. Go to Adler's in westfield. Terrible place
I took my watch here for a simple battery replacement. VERY SIMPLE JOB. Sam failed to reseal the watch properly and over time the entire watch face became moldy and no longer works. Took zero accountability and very unprofessional. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
