04/25/25- This place is a dump! The little office smelled gross and a woman from India comes through the door yelling “what do you want?” at me, I didn’t know I was supposed to press a button and then wait & wait for someone to help me. Parking lot is dirt that is full of holes and the room isn’t retro it’s just genuinely old and gross. No security on the door whatsoever in a rundown area. No ice machine or any other amenities. Drive past this place.

If I could give The Crown Inn zero stars, I would. The owners are some of the most condescending and unpleasant people I’ve ever encountered. Their attitude is downright rude, and they seem to take pride in belittling their customers rather than welcoming them. To make matters worse, they have an absurdly strict no-dogs policy. Not even well-behaved dogs are allowed anywhere near the place! Front staff was friendly and helpful. The gentleman told me he had recently updated the property. The room was large enough, with a kingsize bed and the bathroom was clean. However, the door to the room wouldn't close completely and the deadbolt wouldn't engage. I moved a table in front of the door and wedged it against the entry wall directly across from the door for some semblance of security.
