I love Crown Hotel bar & rooftop. I’ve been here a good few times for both lunch and after-work drinks, and it never disappoints. The rooftop is a real highlight - you can sit out in the sun, still have some shade, and enjoy the open doors and relaxed atmosphere. We absolutely loved our time in the crown hotel. The staff here were so friendly and helped us decide what we needed to do on our holidays here in Sydney. We went up to the rooftop terrace and had drinks overlooking the city in a very well-presented and managed rooftop garden. We will definitely go back to the spa for the staff, the location and the facilities.

I was very disappointed with the service at the rooftop bar during a function yesterday. I arrived shortly before the function and attempted to order a cocktail when no one else was waiting. The bartender refused to serve me, saying he was too busy preparing and told me to come back later. When we returned after others had ordered and the bar was clear, he again refused to make a cocktail, raising his voice and becoming confrontational despite there being no queue.
