Fabulous Customer Service and caring employees. I bought a house plant at this florist, a peace lily. It was delivered same day. It was very beautiful and healthy. They provided me with tips on how to take care of it and it has been growing very nicely in my home. It brightens up my house and makes the environment so much more beautiful, warm and welcoming. STUNNING FLOWERS! I use Crown Heights for my business. The flowers are always amazing, always stunning, always complimented by my clients. They are also fresh and reasonably priced. I wouldn't use any other flower shop!

Was headed over to the Hospital to visit a frIend. Called Crown Heights Florists in the am, talked to a very nice person and ordered an arrangement of flowers, from this wonderful employee. When I arrived to pick up the arrangement, it was perfect , the flower mix and size of the bouquet were very generous and beautiful. Met the helpful woman who'd helped me on the phone My friend screamed at the beautiful the flowers! Thank you Crown Heights Florists.

THE MOST AMAZING FLOWER SHOP!!!. I think they are absolutely incredible. The flowers and arrangements themselves are beyond gorgeous!! The style is so distinctive. The flowers smelled exquisite and the blooms lasted forever as my mom spread them out and about the house in smaller arrangements.

I CALLED ON THE AFTERNOON OF THE WAKE, AFRAID OF "IT'S TO LATE" IVORY WAS THE GREAT, MOST ACCOMMODATING, SWEETEST PERSON.. SHE SAID SHE WOULD DROP EVERYTHING, AND WOULD BEGIN TO DESIGN MY FLOWERS. WHEN I ARRIVED... THE FLOWERS WERE ALREADY DELIVERED, AS PROMISED. IT WAS A FABULOUS ARRANGEMENT, WITH SUPER FRESH FLOWERS. ALL AT A VERY REASONABLE, NO, AT A CHEAP PRICE! THANKS TO IVORY, AND TO THE STAFF AT DISCOUNT FLORIST, FOR A WONDERFUL FLORAL DISPLAY, BEYOND MY WILDEST EXPECTATIONS. AND THE FLOWERS ARRIVED BEFORE I DID!
