After I strained my lumbar while surfing, my friend Derek recommended I see Dr. Gupta at the Spine and Rehab Group. Since Derek doesn’t make bad recommendations, I listened to him and set up an appointment. During the first appointment, I knew I’d made the right decision. She was very open and exuded confidence. Plus, she had a positive attitude which was almost infectious. Three months later, my lumbar was back to normal, and I was feeling better generally. Dr. Gupta is a cut above the rest. That’s all there is to it!

Dr. Gupta, it seems the steroid injections have worked. My knee feels a lot better, and I was even able to go on a 4-mile walk the other day.

Since Dr. Chu acted quickly, I didn’t need surgery last year when I slipped a disc while working in my yard. Physical therapy, lots of anti-inflammatories, and lots of icing did the trick. Dr. Chu, as far as I’m concerned, you’re the gold standard. Don’t change a thing!
