I just had the pleasure of dealing with Anwar at Crown Heating & Air Conditioning Group. He is a top notch professional, knows his stuff, works efficiently with a respectful, friendly manner. He didn't try to upsell, unlike some other warranty contractors, but fixed our heat pump wiring, installed a new thermostat, and offered valuable tips. I highly recommend him, will use him for preventative maintenance in the future.
I recently worked with Crown Heating (Anwar) to get our furnace fixed and overall had a very good experience. My home insurance company, Cinch, assigned Crown Heating to fix our furnace. The technician came within a reasonable time and diagnosed the problem with air circulation system . He ordered the parts and fixed the system. It is working well.

My experience with Crown Heating & Air Conditioning Group, LLC was frustrating. The technicians arrived late, misdiagnosed the issue, and overcharged for incomplete repairs. Communication was lacking, and customer service was unhelpful when I requested follow-up. The cooling system still doesn’t work properly. Very disappointed and would not recommend their service.
