When our AC stopped working, they quickly diagnosed the issue — a malfunctioning blower that needed replacement. Despite a lack of inventory in the area, Anwar went above and beyond. Crown’s team was excellent from start to finish. They called to coordinate a good time window to come out - even in triple digit temperatures where I’m sure they had many service calls. They gave me a heads up when technicians were on their way, showed up on time, diagnosed the issue (low refrigerant), refilled it and got my A/C ice cold. Very professional technicians, didn’t make a mess in my home. 100% would recommend!
Crown has come to our rescue many times and provides great service at reasonable prices. Anwar is very knowledgeable, polite and takes the time to explain everything. He follows up to make sure everything is working okay. We would highly recommend and will use them again.
