I recently worked with Crown Heating (Anwar) to get our furnace fixed and overall had a very good experience. My home insurance company, Cinch, assigned Crown Heating to fix our furnace. The technician came within a reasonable time and diagnosed the problem with air circulation system . He ordered the parts and fixed the system. It is working well.

My experience with Crown Heating & Air Conditioning Group, LLC was frustrating. The technicians arrived late, misdiagnosed the issue, and overcharged for incomplete repairs. Communication was lacking, and customer service was unhelpful when I requested follow-up. The cooling system still doesn’t work properly. Very disappointed and would not recommend their service.

After charging an excessive fee, the issue was still not resolved. I had to call another company to fix their mistakes. Customer service was dismissive and refused to take responsibility. Overall, I found their professionalism, reliability, and communication extremely poor. Would not recommend.
