I think too many of the staff is there for a paycheck. It takes a certain breed, just as teachers, to be a caregiver. Not everyone is cut out for it. However; I am a firm believer that it is the managements job to weed the wrong ones out! My 80 yr old mama is there and I should never have to complain about her care.
