Prompt, immediate support. Both in office and towards working with other doctors (referrals). Once examined, She was able to refer me quickly for imaginary (hernia), and expedited my paperwork for surgery (repair). I was referred to Dr. Kerr by one of her patients that was both pleased and impressed her and her staff. I have been a patient with of hers for 20 years. I have always been pleased and impressed with her and her staff.
Dr. Kerr is one of the most kind doctors that our area is blessed to have. She is experienced, knowledgeable, stays abreast of current research and takes the time to focus on her patients. If you are fortunate enough to be her patient, you understand exactly my point.
Short wait time, dr.kerr listens to you and is helpful in whatever may be going on with you. I have been going to dr kerr for five years.I am very hopeful that she moves her practice back to Granite falls soon.
