Booked our truck on a load at 11am for a next day PU, since I had a driver empty early, canceled at 4pm saying the product will not be ready for 2 more days. Held our truck for over 5 hours and then canceled, knowing that the product would not be ready. Why do that kind of stuff? We lost out of practically the entire day of loads that we could have easily got but instead they wasted our time and money.
