This is for my mother stone. First time they did her birthday day wrong. Second time they were spelt her first name wrong. The third time they putted letters i on her middle upside down. The four time they putted wrong marks on her birth place name... now they refuse to fixed it. They said we have to pay the new stone almost 9 thousand dollars. This customer service NO GOOD. ..
Please do NOT bury any of your loved ones here! The owner who goes by Bob who's real name is Robert is extremely rude, condescending and has no empathy at all. Remember we ALL GET A TURN and you never know when you or you're loved ones will be in this situation. Everyone should not be allowed to work with the public and clearly this man is mean and elderly. I have to sadly leave a bad terrible review, my brother has been buried there since 2016, as of the past 2 years the grounds have not been maintained and have not been looking nice at all. I have family members who have gone to visit to complain and tell me as I have also witnessed, the trash can bin over filled and trash falling over onto the grounds. The grass all around the grounds have not been cut as needed, also grass stuck all over my brother’s grave plaque. also have seen some small sink holes occurring on the edges ... read more
