I’ve never had issues. The chicken was always hot and fresh and the staff had always been courteous.
My son used to love this chicken, and being autistic he doesn't like any others. Sadly quality has gone downhill, these are supposed to be fresh!! Tenders aren't fully battered like they used to either.
Amiya is amazing! She deserves a raise, She had a very welcoming, bright, bubbly, friendly personality
They asked if I minded waiting 10-15 minutes for fresh chicken only to have to wait almost 30 minutes for chicken that wasn't edible. The chicken was hard dry and overcooked
