Terrible service department. They chipped my Explorer's paint. I had the car for 4 year's and kept it clean. They had it for 4 hours and chipped the paint on the truck in 3 places.

I made an appointment to get an airbag replaced under a recall for my vehicle. I also scheduled an oil change since that was about due as well. When I made the appointment, I was clear that it was for the recall. I was told at the time that the repair would take a few hours so I planned my schedule accordingly. Crown sent me at least 3 reminders about the appointment. Less than an hour after I got there, the service technician told me my truck was ready. Why so quick? They didn’t have the parts in stock. Crown Ford has the worst service experience I’ve ever had. They make you schedule an appointment, promise the car will be ready the same day, and then don’t even look at it. When I followed up, they told me it would be ready the next day but nothing was done. In fact, they didn’t even bother to look at or try to fix my car for 4 days. This wasn’t a complicated repair either, just a recall, so it wasn’t a parts issue. It’s clear they don’t respect customers’ time and have no sense of responsibility.
