Brake lights were not going off. Brought the car in without an appointment late afternoon. Had it all done by 10am the next day!
I took my truck to Crowd Ford for the first time today, and received excellent service. Instead of charging me hundreds for a replacement part, they put in the effort to simply repair the existing part for a fraction of the cost. Kudos to Frank and the rest of the Crown Ford team for honest and affordable service. Highly recommend!
Great service center
Terrible service department. They chipped my Explorer's paint. I had the car for 4 year's and kept it clean. They had it for 4 hours and chipped the paint on the truck in 3 places.
