I took my sister to get her locs redone and Ari did a fantastic job . I’m definitely going to go back and get my own locs done next month . I wished I would have found her sooner !!! Thank you Ari your the best !!!!
Was not informed until after leaving the salon that I would be charged $50 x 2 for two missed reties (due to her being on maternity leave) after I included one missed retie in my booking! $ is not the issue 😂! The fact that I sat the whole time and you never opened your mouth, and upcharged per my receipt is the issue-family lol 😂 or not!
I want to support black business and young women trying to be successful. I didn't want to write a review, but now that I have to spend another 1000+ to take down and restart my locs, I felt obligated to say something. Just under 1300, and 17 hours. Communication: -5 I attempted to contact this person multiple times because of my own confusion I messaged her on Instagram, her business phone number and her business text. She never responded. She didn’t told me up upon arrival, but I picked the wrong add-ons for my appointment, but never was able to contact me and up charge me a decent margin of money I came to her for a lock attachment and I have not been able to contact her at the time I went, she personally was unprofessional in a lot of aspects and also seemed like sh... read more
