I stopped by to have Crown Jewelers give me an idea of fixing the clasp on a silver bracelet. The gentleman I spoke with was very responsive, did a small fix and gave me a thorough explanation of cost and work that would be needed if the fix was not effective. Lovely to have a detailed explanation and be presented with options. Would definitely recommend.
I called Crown Fine Jewelers to see if they could resize a Bremont watch band. The lady I spoke with was curt and condescending. I considered not going there based on the rough conversation, but I went anyway. When I arrived, she was equally as unpleasant and I actually mentioned there was no need to be this aggressive, I just want to have my watch band swapped and sized. They were unable to do it. We are Snowbirds and while traveling I accidentally snapped the bridge of my eyeglasses in half. I visited Crown Fine Jewelers, andthe owner was extremely accommodating, and graciously fashioned a temporary repair until a replacement arrived, few days later. Great customer service!
Good, trustworthy business. I can’t say I always buy from them, but I can say that I always go back and will continue to do so. Wife and I agree that they truly do care, I just can’t always afford Happy holidays!
They did a great job repairing my wedding bands! Great price!
