Please do not be fooled by the previous negative reviews. I met with the owner Rick who took the time to explain the process, product and what to expect from his company. We discussed my expectations for the job. He agreed to meet my expectations and I signed the contract. Rick and his employees delivered and exceeded my expectations. I would never use this company. A neighbor is having a fence installed by these clowns and when I say clowns, I mean clowns. They are a true circus act. The older guy, which I am assuming is the owner, was driving the work truck without the little side door of the truck closed and all of the tools and contents were falling out of the truck. My wife had broken her hip and I needed a fence/railing installed as soon as possible. I solicited 3 quotations and they were all close, but since Rick (Crown Fence) said he could do it in two weeks, I hired him. After he cashed my deposit check, the excuses started. Excuse #1 - Just back from vacation and am a little backed up. Excuse #2 - material not in yet, should be here soon. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. These guys are clowns, as other people wrote RICK the owner comes out and gives a estimate and secures a 50% deposit, even thought I wrote a date on the contract for him to start a certain date he did not show. It took 7 days and 14 phone calls for him to get back to me, His response was "I am busy" which I responded that "I don't care you took my money you need to start". I would NOT recommend this company. The owner is quick to come out to give an estimate and secure a deposit and then you never hear from him. He does not return calls or respond to emails but he WILL cash your check timely. Weeks go by, in our case, months and we were given every excuse with the promise of "we'll be there next week" and NOTHING!! He's a joke, unprofessional and incompetent. Be sure to read his contract. He covers himself. Rick, the "inclement weather" excuse only goes so far!
