I've had a very disappointing experience with Crow Exteriors. I reached out regarding a project and was told I’d receive a call back — but I’ve heard nothing since. Multiple attempts to follow up have gone unanswered. Communication is key in any business, and unfortunately, Crow Exteriors has not delivered. I can’t recommend a company that doesn’t prioritize even the most basic customer follow-up.
Check BBB.org complaints for this company before proceeding with any work. I won't ever use them again or recommend them to anyone else.
They had great service and the communication was excellent!
I highly recommend Crown Exteriors! Recent storms damaged portions of my roof and siding. I contacted Crown and, within 24hrs, they were able to come out and make the necessary repairs. They were extremely courteous and their work was high quality!
