Taylor was exceptional! We were in a very time sensitive part of our house hunt - had an accepted offer and needed asbestos testing before signing the contract. He came within a day of me reaching out - literally on a Saturday - and was very knowledgeable and kind. He identified additional areas to test as well as areas we could save money on that he said weren't a risk and didn't need to be tested.
