My husband and I just moved in and were told that we were all set with propane. I had no idea that our address wasn't set up to an account with them. I never received a letter in the mail from them and I have received letters from a few other propane companies to set up an account with them. I reached out that when I saw the propane tanks being taken with gas still in them that were paid for. I am SHOCKED no one reached out to us. Is this how you do business? Edit: After 5 years of great service, I rented out my house. When I needed someone to come look at the boiler, Crown let me know that my tenant chose another company and wouldn't come out to take a look. Crown has been great for us. They've serviced our boiler for annual maintenance and regular hiccups, and filled our tanks with honest prices and great service for the last 2 years, and many to come.
Called this morning at830 a.m. and by 915a.m Matt was at my trailer fixed my furnace and all is good. Thank you Matt! Thank you Crown Energy for the quick response. Job well done!!
