Had used this company to do my kitchen this past summer and the owner was great to work with even through some hiccups we had. As a single female it’s hard to find trustworthy contractors that you feel comfortable with and I truly felt I could with Chad Parsons HOWEVER be aware I had scheduled with him to start my master shower in September/October. 10/10 would NOT recommend!
Would give zero if I could. There was so much promise. Chad, the owner, was very nice when he came by and did an evaluation on refurbishing our sunroom. WE SIGNED A CONTRACT and when we went to follow up, communication was sparse. When we finally got Lori on the phone, she said she would follow up, failed to do so FOR WEEKS, then had the audacity to call and say "we can't get to your project, sorry." If you're looking for a company do a project on your home, look elsewhere. Their words and contracts mean nothing.
Would give less if I could. Not only was communicating horrific, but additional changes to the scope of work and charges without approval, Chad called and cussed us out because we had the audacity to ask for clarification. Would NEVER trust them to do a project again.
