I saw Dr Kim at Crown Dental last October for a cyst inside my lower lip.And I was quite nervous as I didn’t know about my cyst properly but she was very kind, soft-spoken, understanding, and informative. Highly recommended. I came in for an emergency appointment because I was experiencing severe wisdom tooth pain. Dr Kim was incredibly kind and took the time to explain everything clearly before the procedure. The extraction itself was quick and smooth, and the post-extraction instructions were also explained very thoroughly. What I appreciated most was the reasonable pricing compared to other clinics. It was my first time receiving dental treatment in Australia, and I was really impressed with the whole experience! At my first appointment, everything was explained clearly and kindly, and I really appreciated that they considered different options instead of just pushing me into treatment straight away.
