Very professional, helpful and efficient staff. I was anxious about having an extraction but the staff took great care of me and I felt no pain at all.
A grubby dilapidated building, very cold inside, broken toilets. Felt like I had arrived in the third world. Not impressed with the “bedside manner “ no feedback during procedure , lost 5 days recovering from a brutal extraction. Extremely bruised, worst pain ever experienced. Not Impressed
Sian Li Is incredible at making you feel at ease, yes the injection wasn’t nice but the rest of the process was nothing like I thought it would be, very nice polite staff all round. Thank you very much emma
I was with a lovely hygienist Egle today, she was very professional and done outstanding dental treatment for me. Highly recommend Egle for hygienist routine procedure!!!
I had to get 4 fillings as an extremely nervous patient. Unfortunately there was no availability for sedation so I had to settle for gas and air. Despite my nerves, everyone was extremely helpful and patient with my anxiety. And Sian is the most fantastic dentist I’ve ever met, her and the others did exceptional work keeping me calm and completing the work. It’s amazing to think that as someone who is terrified of the dentist, I can easily say that this is a dentist I would be happy to go back to.
