Believe the bad reviews — they’re all true. This is one of the slowest, most unprofessional places I’ve ever dealt with. 4.5 hours to load is beyond ridiculous. Drivers’ time means nothing to them, and customers should avoid this place if they care about efficiency or respect.
3 to 4 hr waiting at this location super slow loading and work,Just check in and put your loh book in sleeper birth,Portable restroom ,6 truck parking for waiting which are always filled due to slow loading,
Coil unloading is from 0700 - 500pm. There have been days everyone showed up at the same time, and things move slowly. But for the most part, Mike and Jeff get me unloaded quickly. Once they let you in the coil bay, start to unstrap and untarp. Mike and Jeff run the line and work the forklift, so don't wait to talk to them.
