Please check and clean your trailer before coming to this facility. There is rv wash on 1 mile. Loading is fast but waiting is almost 2 hours.
I'm standing waiting for loading for 9-10 hours. Very bad company, I don't recommend it to anyone, slow and lazy, the worst reviews. And in line you won't be able to sleep. There is no parking for waiting!!!!
Don't expect them to go out of their way for you, that's for sure. Arrived the day before my appointment just to see if I could get loaded early. They said I could wait in line for hours and hours or I could fill out the check-in sheet and wait at the truck stop. They'd call me when they got caught up and could get me in. I never heard anything, so I arrived at my appointment time to no line, nobody in a door, and the employees just sitting around. They acted like they never had my check-in sheet and had me fill out another.... read more
They unload 1 truck every 2 hours and go outside to smoke for 45 minutes.
dont deliver here, they may not unload u whole day, if u have no choice just dont take another load because it 100% will be cancelled !!
