Courtney is the kind of planner that every wedding vendor dreams about. Endlessly thoughtful, incredibly kind, and so hardworking. Everyone from the couple to the guests to the vendors felt so taken care of, and I couldn't recommend her more.
Courtney and her team are incredible! I'm a wedding photographer and good planners are so invaluable for a wedding and Courtney is a top notch planner. She's everything you need/want from a planner; organized, patient, confident. She's also funny, personable, and genuinely kind. I took a fall during reception at a wedding and her + her team took care of them when they didn't need to. They got me ice for my knee, tylenol, water, and were so compassionate. Courtney has shot to the top of my recommended vendors!

I attended a wedding coordinated by Crown Coordination, specifically with Courtney as the planner. While the event itself turned out beautiful and the bride was happy, (which is what truly matters) the experience behind the scenes was disappointing for many of us involved. Courtney came across as rude and dismissive, often speaking with unnecessary attitude and expecting members of the bridal party and groomsmen to handle tasks that clearly fell under her responsibilities.
