I recently had the pleasure of working with Courtney to host a client dinner and beer tasting that she organized at Paradox Brewery. It was fun to communicate with her to nail down all of her clients' details and equally fun to meet her and host her event. She had a great energy and was well-organized. She brought me, as event coordinator at Paradox, a thoughtful gift bag and shared The Adirondack Kitchen Witch cupcakes with our staff. Sweet! Thank you, Courtney!

OMG COURTNEY such a long awaited review. Ansel and I got married on July 5th 2025 and we booked with Crown Coordination around September of 2024. She is so amazing and truly loves what she does which is bringing her clients' dreams to life. She is incredibly hands on and gave us access to documents that kept us so organized through the wedding planning process. Courtney and her team are above and beyond what you would expect as planners. I'm very type A and work in events at my full time job, so trusting someone else to run my wedding was a very stressful search. Courtney showed me on the first call that we had the same brain and that she would be there for me 100% of the time, and eased my worries about letting go of control very quickly. I'd trust her with any event, especially weddings!
Courtney & the Crown Coordination team truly made our day amazing. I will never forget when I walked into my reception and saw the beautiful set up they put together. The work of Crown Coordination made our day unforgettable. The communcation was exceptional. Courtney was always there to help answer any questions I had. I was able to really relax and soak my whole entire wedding day because they had everything under control! I will be forever grateful for them!
