I wanted to share my disappointing experience with Mr. Ta regarding my house furnace. In 2019, my gas furnace, which was over 20 years old, ceased to function. Following Mr. Ta's recommendation, I opted to replace it with a new Trane gas furnace. However, to my dismay, the furnace stopped working in 2023. Jimmy is the worst HVAC contractor you'll ever work with. We had called him to check the A/C unit. Rather than fixing the actual problem, he had charged hundreds of dollars for freon refill. Several HVAC contractors looked into our unit after the fact who all have said that freon refill was not necessary. What bothers me the most is how rude and disrespectful Jimmy to paying customers. He doesn't let you finish speaking and he hangs up the phone on you. He doesn't listen to our issues, nor does he fix the problem at all. Ple... read more
