Do not use. They do not listen or pay attention to where you want your mobile home. I had paint lines marking where my mobile home pad was to be set. They still moved the pad 14'. The operator barley spoke english. He could not and would not listen to my wife and her directions. Then they cut my yard and used that top soil to build for the said pad. Any one that has done any amount of dirt work knows that you don't mix clay and top soil. This is a foundation issue waiting to happen. The ditch they cut, that will be in front ... read more

I had a great experience with Crown Contracting. They built the pad in about an hour and 30 minutes pad level and sturdy. They said they were going to deliver on Friday but there was some rain and had to deliver on Sunday move the mobile home in with profession and precision and then showed up Tuesday to bring the home together trimmed on the outside, roof put together and chimney. House is level they did a great job of of giving me the changes of information had a great experience overall. If I had one complaint it would be... read more

If there was a negative 100 stars that’s what I would rate this company. Been lied to and put off with zero communication from the beginning. Then was told by the OWNER Harley to F off !! Absolute worst experience of my entire life.

Affiliated with Fairfield and Palestine home centers as well as personal business. Stand clear. Upon setup of my manufactured home - I submitted a couple of errors which were done during the setup. Almost three months have passed since reaching out. I've reached out a few times during that time frame. They mentioned the issues would be fixed, each time. Yet, nothing has been done. They do not stand behind their work.
