If there was a negative 100 stars that’s what I would rate this company. Been lied to and put off with zero communication from the beginning. Then was told by the OWNER Harley to F off !! Absolute worst experience of my entire life.
Affiliated with Fairfield and Palestine home centers as well as personal business. Stand clear. Upon setup of my manufactured home - I submitted a couple of errors which were done during the setup. Almost three months have passed since reaching out. I've reached out a few times during that time frame. They mentioned the issues would be fixed, each time. Yet, nothing has been done. They do not stand behind their work.
My home was supposed to be delivered on friday and the old one picked up....that didnt happen. The plastic tore while going down the highway on the new house. So they parked it over the weekend which was a long one due to new years. Finally got out here with it tuesday, well instead of being in the location i want it its in pieces in my yard still... today is wednesday night. I bought a mobile home and the place used these guys for the moving and the leveling of the house. When it came to getting the movers to the house it was like no one communicated with each other. I was told that it would be around noon that the movers will be there and I would receive a call when they picked up my house. None of that happened. We bought a used double wide and it took 3 months to get it to our property. This was our 4th mover, after waiting an entire month on a local mover to even perform a site check that I'm not sure they ever intended to do, we were referred to Crown by someone local that had recently used them as well. We live 2.5 hrs from this company and they still managed to give us a better deal than any local movers.
