Way to big for what we need
This neighborhood is nice. In fact, there is a proprietary design, custom built, Charleston style home for sale there now that is the deal of the century. The developer, Mr. Baylis Maxwell, screwed everyone who built a custom home. This was supposed to be a custom home only, HOA controlled neighborhood. When he couldn't sell all the lots, he called Crown Homes and sold out behind all of our backs. Crown came in and built 2-300K homes in a million dollar home neighborhood.
