Nice little neighborhood very beautiful
Nosey busy body neighbors. People on committee like the Tanbergs for one.. think they own the place!.You'll walk thru tons of geese poop when taking a walk..it's very smelly and disgusting. The maintenance kid scotty knows nothing but all the old people that live there act like he's a god. If you have kids don't move there. It is no place for them. Everything in Crown colony needs updating including thier redicouls 12 inch thick book of rules. You'll pay $261dollars a month in HOA fees and shake your head wondering why each ... read more
