I had my truck repaired at Crown Automotive after a small collision. The color didn’t match and the parts they replaced were misaligned. I made them aware about the issues. They were supposed to fix it. Instead of fixing the issues they made the paint look even worse and seemed like they tried to force the parts together with a hammer. If your insurance allows you to a different shop than this place, do your self a favor and take the alternative.
Josh is absolutely amazing. He is very meticulous and pay close attention to detail. He worked on a previous Volkswagen cross sport I had a few years ago when I was hit in a hit and run And now he just completed my 2023 atlas cross sport that a teenager hit my front bumper and destroyed. He went out of his way to ensure my satisfaction and I am extremely grateful. Highly recommend crown collision center - ask for Josh!
Absolutely terrible service. Drove an hour there 2 months ago to get a quote and heard nothing. Called multiple times. Got shrugged off everytime. Went many loops to get a word and got nothing.
