We were greeted by Charisma, and told her that while driving home on the highway we hit a dip on the road. We lost the right front object sensor, causing the car alarm to go off every time we placed our foot on the brakes while driving. She was warm and friendly and offered us a coffee or a soda, while we took a seat. She told us she would contact her service advisor and estimator to give us a diagnosis.
