This review is for better way auto glass. I brought my brand new Honda Accord to have a windshield replacement done today. I’ve had it for less than a month before a rock cracked my windshield. Needless to say, I wasn’t too happy about that and a little concerned that whoever put the Windshield in could do any other damage. I am extremely picky as I am a car guy. Our recent experience with Crown Collision exceeded our expectations. My wife's new Hyundai Ioniq9 was involved in an accident. Johnny (our service representative) went out of his way to make sure our vehicle was repaired perfectly and completed on time. He initiated phone calls to keep us posted on the repair progress and coordinated all communications with the insurance company. Long story short, he made it easy and hassel free. Johnnie Powell was my estimator he was about the nicest person I ever met. The service he provided was top notch.He contacted me two times to let me know how work was progressing. In the end l found out he was a true Floridian I wish more people were like him .
