Terrible communication and false promises on when repairs will be done
Once again I can’t Crown Collision enough for their excellent work on my Range Rover. Jen Smith was awesome to work with. She kept me updated through the entire process and answered my calls without hesitation (even on her lunch)! Many thanks to Jen, mechanics and Crown Collision!
A couple of months ago I damaged the driver side mirror on my 2022 Hyundai Venue. Today I made an appointment at Crown Collision Center for an estimate to repair it. Honestly, I anticipated an expensive repair cost for such a minor damage. I met with Jenn, the estimator, and when she looked at the mirror, she simply snapped it back into place. No repair needed! A big thanks to Jenn, and I will definitely return to Crown Collision Center for any future car body repairs.
