took my ride there 3 times and they did awesome work. Only place i trust.
It took them 4 1/2 months to complete my car. Terrible customer service, terrible work done, and full of lies. They constantly had excuses about what was going on with my car, the insurance, and parts. Worst place to take a vehicle for repairs. I would constantly have to reach out to them for updates. When I finally got my car back, we have found that they didn't adjust my headlights after the repairs, the door handle sticks now, and they sanded down a piece on the back of my car and didn't paint it!!!! Got my estimate and insurance paid them weeks later didnt hear anthing from them. Finally called them, was told oh we have the parts just waiting for your vehicle, well would have been nice for you to call let me know. Took my car in has now been weeks, finally just call THEM AGAIN! They tell us well the parts don't seem to have ever been order.
