My solution hose was losing pressure. Douglas and Seth diagnosed it and found one of the valves on the cat pump has a crack. They didn't have the part in the store, however they went out of there way to find it and pick it up. Once installed I was back to full operations. The price was reasonable and service Outstanding. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I Highly recommend Jansan for all your truckmount services and repairs.
Front desk is very knowledgeable and the staff was helpful. They really do have everything you need for any cleaning job.
