This was the best experience I've had at a tire repair/replacement spot. It will now be my go to. Their online booking system was super fluid and easy. When I showed up, they were all so friendly and quickly and efficiently took care of me. Throughout the day, they texted me with each update, so I knew exactly when I could go by and pick up my car. and when I went back to get my car, I was again greeted by smiles and hellos, in a personal way. This is so unique and makes all the difference. HIGHLY recommend.

I have had all of my Tire issues (new, flats) taken care of by Crown City for 20 yrs. This is the ONLY business to use anywhere in or near Pasadena. Quality service, always pleasant / professional / courteous / accommodating .
Kate and Mikey were super helpful. I was worried as one of my tires wasn't able to take in air at my local gas station. I filled up 3 of my tires and noticed the four wouldn't allow me to get air into it. I even tried it at a second gas station without any luck. Mikey helped explain that it must have just been those gas station air stations. Instead of making me feel stupid, he helped explain and added air to my tires & check the rest of my tires for free. Such a friendly place. They did exactly what they told me they would do (patch tire, change oil). They inspected vehicle and said everything was functioning well in car but said that shocks may need care in the future. They were not pressuring in any way. Definitely will return for future work.
