I had a wonderful experience at the Crown City Tire on Foothill Blvd in east Pasadena. I needed a tire repair and Kate was right there to make my appointment and greeted me the next morning when I arrived. The whole experience was pleasant and convenient. I will definitely return when I need tires or service for our cars in the future.

This Crown City Tire Auto Care has always taken great care of me and my 2020 Expedition. This time my A/C wasn’t getting cold enough. They diagnosed and fixed it same day and I had my truck back that evening. Thank you! Definitely recommend them.
Trustworthy beyond belief! Took my 2023 BMW x3 to them because the dealer said it was out of alignment. CCT checked it out and it was exactly the same in perfect alignment as it was when CCT did the alignment about a year before. No charge to check it out! Just took my 2012 VW there for an oil leak. Yup they confirmed it was the vaccum pump just like the dealer said. They fixed it and were reasonable for the repair, it is a very challenging repair Randy, Kate and Martin in the front office are great!
Good and friendly customer service. They also give you a ride back home if it is needed.
