I was very down and out when I lost my leg because I’m very independent and really was concerned about my life moving forward. But at crown city, prosthetics and orthopedic they gave me new Hope by providing me with a prosthetic leg that has since helped me and start giving me back some of my independence and the staff there is great Made me feel normal again so big ups to all the people at Crown city prosthetics North orthopedic . Thank you so much.
I am pretty dissapointed at how long it is taking to receive my custom insoles. My foot impresions were taken on October 2nd 2024. I was told that I would be called once they arrived. It is now over 1month and I had to follow up. I called today and was told that my foot impressions were somehow "misplaced." I am worried that I might get someone else's instead. I will also have to wait, yet again, to have them made. This is the most unprofessional excuse. They, apparently, were expedited now. I guess I will follow up this ups... read more
***AAA+*** Ryan and his team are great! After a horrible experience with another place (unprofessional, lying, incompetent) my podiatrist referred me to Crown City. I couldn't be happier. I now have 3 new pair of shoes after going for years without new shoes!
I severely sprained my ankle (again) and Ryan and his crew got me walking again with the correct braces and orthopedic shoes with inserts. His attention to detail on my needs did not go unnoticed. I'll definitely come back, if I hurt myself again!
Ryan and his team are the best. If you want a friendly orthotist who knows what he's doing, try Crown City. I recommend them to everyone who needs orthotics or braces.
