I had ordered my wrist brace in advance. When I went to pick it up they were very friendly and efficient.
The staff was awesome. The receptionist bent over backwards to walk me through the registration and payment procedure. The therapist took time to teach me how to best use my wrist splint and gave me lessons to help my healing. I was very pleased.
I have had excellent experiences with Crown City Orthotics and Prosthetics; I especially want to highlight Ryan for his outstanding care and professionalism. They are all so caring and kind here! I felt completely comfortable here. I have to have a custom brace made for my ankle. I also need new custom orthotics and they are great!
