The booth by the East entrance sells beer sometimes. Not all of the time, only sometimes. How stupid is that?!?! And when they are selling beer, I can only get a cup sometimes. How stupid is that?!?! And you moved the bar, but didn't put up any signs, so I thought it had closed down. Didn't realize it was moved until two weeks ago at the Heroes game. Go to the Heroes game 3 nights ago and the bar is closed. What the hell?!?! The Marksmen and Heroes are a draw. Your beverage services suck and detract from the experience!

Business response:

Hi Ron! Thank you for your input. We're currently in transition -- we've recently switched to a new food and beverage provider as of March 1, so there are certainly some growing pains. We appreciate your input as this helps us to get better, and we've forwarded it on to our management here.

You really need to get a handle on your concession situation. I understand Centerplate is terrible, but not only are you out of condiments 45 minutes into a hockey game, when I brought it to the concession stand's attention the worker was rude and dismissive... telling me I should have "got here earlier." It was mid first period! With high prices and only one side of the building's concession area open, I can see why people here dislike attending the Crown.

Business response:

Hi Jason, Thanks for your input. We agree -- that's not an acceptable or appropriate answer to an unhappy customer. We're actually happy to share that Cumberland County recently approved a contract for a new Food and Beverage vendor. That vendor is Spectra Food and Beverage, and they moved in on March 1. We have high hopes that this new vendor will better meet the needs of our clientele and Cumberland County.

You would think with the $$$ this place makes, they can do some serious renovations. Seats are outdated & uncomfortable, sound system can be updated without all the wiring being duct tape to the floor. A fresh coat of paint would help as well.

How about a repair on the 4th big screen? You can't tell me nobody notices this.
